On June 30, 2012 REUNION
Just a reminder to make your plans to come to the Brocksmith Reunion on June 30th. Sets-up provided but bring a yummy covered dish. Fried chicken on the menu as of now. The Richard's boys are conducting the egg throwing contest. Our kitty needs to be fed so Karen is having a 50/50 drawing. Joe (hopefully) will announce at the silent auction so bring a little something for that if you can. On Sunday Aunt Cathy is having the prayer service at the grave site with Aunt Vicky assisting Sarah (Holbrook) McCubbins is hosting a few kids games. This year we are having the bounce house. I understand this is for children and adults (this does not mean me). Bring your own drinks and leave your problems at home. Bring the love we have for each other. See you all there. There are only four left of the Magnificent Seven group. We seem to be dwindeling down. So you all come, you hear. Love you all, Auntie D.

Dad passed away this morning, quickly and quietly.
Services for will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, 25 February 2012
at the Latter-day Saints Chapel, located at 2104 S 14th,
Pekin IL. There will be no visitation.
Interment will be at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens at 4601 War Memorial
Drive, Peoria.
After the service, family is invited to Donald's home. Please get
his address from a family member; not posting for privacy.

I finally retired Microsoft Frontpage and therefore the old Brocksmith Family Website. I might post a link to it on this site since it's a sort of time capsule...at least to me.
